Here’s a list of NYC dates that might be too good to refuse, no matter how unlikely I would have been to date a guy otherwise:

• A double date with T. Swift and Calvin Harris
• Seeing the top show on my Broadway list (at the moment, that’s Fun Home)
• A NYE party at a swanky hotel in Times Square with a view of the ball drop
• Dinner at Tavern on the Green at Christmastime
• A helicopter ride over the city
• An invitation to the Tony Awards
• A sailboat ride down the Hudson (bonus points for sunset)
• An all-you-can-eat cake and pastry sampling at Cafe Lalo

Of course, on a few of these I’m potentially still stuck on a boat or in the air with a person I’m not too keen on, or agreeing to a holiday first date, but in a dream date scenario, he’s bound to also be Prince Charming, right?
